Go to Statistics in your dashboard. This is where you find free tools to improve your operations with data insights, manage your business's online reputation, influence local search rankings with review management, and attract new guests.
At the moment, you have three kinds of statistics options. The statistics overview, the statistics export, and real-time statistics.

We offer you the option to make an API query:
1. Statistics overview
You will see the following positions In the statistics overview:
- Events- and booking date
- Customer location
- Customer gender
- Average booking lead time
- Reviews
Tip:
You can now use the dropdown menu to display your statistics by event or booking date. By default, statistics are displayed after the posting date.
The positions will help you to know more about your customers and how to optimize your business.
General information:
- turnover is shown as gross price with no taxes or provisions deducted
- voucher sales are counted into the statistic on the day of booking, not on the day of redemption
- cancelled tickets are automatically deducted from the total turnover
- voucher tickets are counted into the total number of tickets sold on the day of booking.
- on the day of voucher redemption, the ticket count will not go up, no matter how many tickets were bought with a voucher.
- reservations (made in POS) do not affect the statistical overview. However, bookings made in POS do affect the statistics.
- the conversion rate is calculated by the number of ticketshop and booking widget orders divided by the total number of visitors. It excludes bookings made via POS.
2. Statistics export
You can filter or export your statistics on this page. The allowed time range for the Statistic export file is limited to a maximum of 3 months. If you need to export statistics for a longer period of time, you need to do several exports.

3. Real-time statistics
Get a real-time view of your events, available tickets, sold and validated tickets for every event. The real-time statistics show you how many tickets are sold and how many validated tickets are sold in real time.
