We are glad to offer you a function to create and adjust statistics on your own. Statistics are very important for leading a company and understanding your customers.
Go to Statistics > Statistics export in your operator account.
1. Which functions does the statistic export have?
You have three options in your statistic export. The first one is to decide which columns are important for you. Click on Columns to customize the view.
The possibility of applying filters is your second option. You can delimit the values of your columns with the filters. For example, you might want to just show the bookings from the last two weeks instead of a longer period.

Then, you can export the report you've just created:
Consequently, go to Statistics > Reports to find all of your statistic exports.
2. How can I choose the columns?
You are able to select a lot of different options when you click on the Column button. It's your choice to select the columns that are useful for you.

Notes:
- Settings are saved on the User Account level. It could be very effective to export different kinds of statistics for your employees. An accounting employee needs more information than a guide or a marketing employee.
- If you have collected certain information from your customer during the check-out process under Shop Configuration > Order Options, you must click on the order options 1-5 in the columns in the statistics export. Here, it is important to know that only your first 5 clicked options will appear in your statistics export in that order. All other options will not be displayed.
3. Which types of filters can I use?
The filters you can apply depend on the columns chosen. For example, when you just want to show bookings from the last two weeks instead of a longer period, you can use a filter. Or if you just want to show the bookings via credit card, you can use the filter Payment options.
4. How can I download the statistics?
You just need to click on the Export button to create a report to download. Then, go to Statistics > Reports in your Dashboard to download the file.
The statistics will be downloaded with the columns and filters you have set before.
