We offer you a lot of payment options to satisfy your customer needs.
Go to Shop configuration > Payment options.
To make sure that you can create the payment options on your own, you just have to tick the box for the payment option you need. Do not forget to save your settings once you are done.
Warning:
- Not every payment option is constantly available. It depends on the product, the country, and the selected currency. the kind of booking, pre-booking time, and the underwriting of your customer.
- Payment options could always be changed.

Is it possible to use your own payment service provider?
We recommend that you use the Regiondo Payment Gateway. However, it is also possible to use your own payment service provider. This would mean that you would have to program your own check-out in your booking process using the Regiondo API.

Are offline payments possible?
Yes, offline payments are possible. You will be charged the Regiondo fee for these orders with offline payment methods. The customer will receive a ticket upon checkout. It is up to you to follow up with the customer to collect payments. Income that is not collected via Regiondo will not be included in your earning summary.
Note:
PayPal is an online payment method that is not processed through Stripe and is therefore treated as an offline payment.
