Notes:
- Cancellations for GetYourGuide bookings can only be managed directly in the GetYourGuide platform.
- Refunds to customers are also processed by GetYourGuide.
- Before connecting the integration, make sure your GetYourGuide account is created and your products are already uploaded to the platform.
- For tickets sold via GetYourGuide, Regiondo charges only the standard ticket fee.
- GetYourGuide applies its own fees and commissions separately. For more information, please contact GetYourGuide directly through their Client Portal.
1. Meet GetYourGuide Requirements for Regiondo Offers
1.1. Automatic acceptance
GetYourGuide requires products with automatic booking acceptance. For more information, access the article: How can I change the method of accepting a booking?
1.2. Cut-off times
Make sure that your Regiondo product cut-off times match or are shorter than the cut-off times configured in GetYourGuide. If the cut-off time in Regiondo is shorter, GetYourGuide automatically reduces the product cut-off time to match it.
The maximum cut-off time allowed by GetYourGuide is 10 hours.
If you need an exemption from this restriction, please contact your GetYourGuide Account Manager and provide the reason for the request.
2. Activate the GetYourGuide connection to Regiondo
2.1. Log in to your Regiondo Dashboard and navigate to Channel Manager > Sales Channels
2.2. Click the Pen icon on the right side of the GetYourGuide Sales Channel to edit the settings.
2.3. Click on the Activate Channel button.
3. Map your Regiondo Offers to GetYourGuide
3.1. Tour ID
3.2. Tour Option ID
3.3. Availability type
Select whether the corresponding offer in GetYourGuide is a Time point or a Time period from the dropdown menu.
- Time point: the activity starts at a specific time (for example, a tour starting at 10:00 AM)
- Time period: the activity can be accessed within a defined time range (for example, opening hours between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM)

3.5. Ticket categories
Note:
Regiondo allows you to create customized ticket categories, while GetYourGuide supports only a predefined set of standardized tour options.
Depending on your setup, mapping the categories between both platforms may require additional attention.
3.6. Save Your Changes
After completing the mapping, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
Note:
Multiple GetYourGuide options can technically be mapped to a single Regiondo offer if they share the same availability. However, this setup is not recommended by GetYourGuide.
If you decide to use this configuration, please note that:
- You will not be able to identify which specific option was booked
- Availability is calculated based on the lowest ticket quantity among all ticket categories
This only affects offers with different quantities configured per ticket category.
Example:
- Total capacity: 15
- Adult tickets: 15
- Child tickets: 10
In this case, GetYourGuide will calculate the total event capacity as 10.
4. Map your GetYourGuide Products to Regiondo
4.1. Log in to your GetYourGuide account and navigate to Products > Manage Products
4.2. Select the product you would like to connect.
4.3. Open the Options Setup page and click on the Edit option button.
4.4. Open the Pricing section to connect the option with Regiondo.
4.5. Select Regiondo from the Booking system dropdown menu.
4.6. In the External product ID field, enter the Regiondo Product ID found in the Regiondo Channel Manager.
Do not use the standard Product ID displayed in the offer overview.
4.7. Choose whether you want to synchronize Availability only or Availability & pricing.

4.8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

5. Booking Overview and Availability Synchronization
- Bookings placed through GetYourGuide will automatically appear in your Regiondo Dashboard under Booking Overview, where you can view their details similarly to standard bookings.
- GetYourGuide also provides the participant’s contact details, i.e. email address and phone number.
Availability is synchronized in real time between Regiondo and GetYourGuide, helping prevent overbookings, without the need for manual capacity adjustments.
