Selling tickets without appointments
The following settings are required for selling tickets without appointments (for example entrance cards):
Go to Manage Offers > My Offers in your dashboard and create a new offer by clicking +New Offer or simply choose an existing offer that you want to change.
Go to step 4 of the offer creation process, 'Validity'.

It is mandatory to choose only Recurring appointments / dates and define the time period.
Tip
When setting the end date for your offer, add a couple of years to it (like 31.12.2025). That way you won't have to check your validity constantly.
After you defined the time period for your offer, set 'No appointment needed'
Once you are done don't forget to click 'save'
Now you will sell that particular offer without a set appointment.
Tip
You can define the validity of these tickets here. Enter the desired validity under the item Ticket validity. For example, you can limit the validity of the tickets to 1 year after the date of purchase.
