Which functions has the channel manager?
Actually you have two options in your channel manager. You can set your sales channels and you can match categories to your offers for your sales channels.
Sales Channels
Note:
Go to 'channel manager > sales channel' in your dashboard.
There you can activate or deactivate your different sales channels. Click here to read how to choose your sales channels.
Categories

Go to 'Channel Manager > Categories' in your dashboard.
Important: Why should I set the categories for sales channels again?
It´s a must to choose categories for sales channels because the different channels have different systems to sort the offers. So it´s possible that your categories do not match with them.
Click on your offer to choose the category for your sales channels. When you click on the Plus + next to the category so you will find more detailed categories to make sure that you will find the right category for your offer.
