1. What can the PDF Editor do?
You can make individual modifications to tickets, gift vouchers, value vouchers and tax invoices using the PDF editor. For example, you could have pictures of your respective offer or activity printed on the ticket in banner form to inspire your customer's imagination.

Navigate to the PDF editor by clicking on Shop Configuration > PDF Editor.

2. Customising your PDF tickets
Click on PDF ticket to customize your tickets. This will take you to an overview with the current layout of your ticket.

You have the option to create an individual ticket for each product. It's also possible to adapt tickets for different languages.
The ticket for your selected offer will now be displayed. Any fields marked in green on the ticket are ones that can be customized by you.
In the first field, you have the option to add an offer-themed banner. Supported formats are .png and .jpg. We recommend you use the dimensions 643 x 80 px. Once you have selected a picture, you can crop it to your desired size.

Banner settings
The banner you choose in the PDF editor is for the offers, which don´t have a specific one. If you choose a specific banner for an offer, it will be used in the PDF editor automatically.
You'll then have the chance to customize the fields shown below:
Important
Please do not copy text directly from other programs (e.g. Word) into the text boxes, as this could result in them being displayed incorrectly. Instead, either enter your text directly or paste it into a simple text editor beforehand (without formatting).
You can decide for yourself which content you want to appear in the green-edged fields. This content might be a slogan or a note to ask customers to think before printing, as in the example.
In the next step, the second page of your ticket will be displayed. If you do not need a second page, you can check the option Deactivate second page.

Note
The second page of your ticket normally contains information on the venue, legal provisions and other important customer information.
On the second page, you have the option to insert a banner of your choosing. Supported formats are .png and .jpg. We recommend you use the dimensions 643 x 80 PX. You can also edit the fields under the heading "Legal notes".

Click on Gift voucher to customize your vouchers. This will take you to an overview with the current layout of your voucher.

You have the option to create an individual voucher for each product. It's also possible to adapt vouchers for different languages.
The voucher consists of a front page and a reverse page. Any fields marked with a green edge are ones that can be customized to suit your product - with "Your gift", "Your once-in-a-lifetime experience" or a similar eye-catching phrase.
Important
Information that cannot be changed in the PDF editor will already have been set by you during the offer creation process. A detailed description of how to create an offer can be found here.
The reverse side consists of an image with the dimensions' width 1124 x height 793. Images can be uploaded in the formats .gif .jpg .jpeg .png .tif .tiff or .bmp.; however, we recommend you use the format .jpg or .png. Please be sure to check the quality of your pictures, since digital images often do not have the necessary resolution for printing.
In the next step, the second page of your voucher will be displayed. If you do not need a second page, you can check the option Deactivate second page.

4. Customers point of view when buying more than one gift voucher
If customers buy more than one gift voucher they will have to decide themselves whether they want x separate gift certificates, or one gift certificate valid for x people.

5. Customizing your PDF value vouchers
You also have the option to customize your PDF value vouchers. To do this, click on Value Voucher in the PDF editor menu.
