BUNDLE FEATURE AVAILABLE FOR POS
Now you can use the POS function to make bundle bookings in your dashboard.
If you want to make a booking or a reservation for a customer, simply use your Dashboard to do so. The process is especially helpful for selling tickets and vouchers on-site or through calls or emails.
Individualize Emails for your customers
You can individualize the emails which are sending to your customers. Go to 'Messages > Notifications' in your dashboard.
Note
To make a booking for a customer go to Bookings > Bookings > +Add booking
Step 1: Choose a type
Choose between Ticket, Bundle, Gift Certificate and Value Voucher
Step 2: Select an Offer
Note
In POS configuration > POS options you can define categories which should be displayed as a selection for POS bookings.
Choose your desired offer and if needed a date for your booking. You can also add a voucher code if you already have one. Apart from that you can also adjust prices through the 'price category'. Add the desired number of tickets and click 'add to shopping cart'.
Note
Once you have ten or more active offers in your account, a search bar will be automatically activated in the field listing your offers. The search bar will help you with finding the offer you are looking for quickly, even when you have many offers in your account.
Note
You can also add booking appointments from the past through the POS. Your POS will not concider the pre booking period you set up.
Step 3: Buyer Information
You can add your customer's information such as name and email if you'd like to. Adding a comment is also possible. At last you can also assign the booking to a different user. If you created a multi-account for instance, you can simply transfer the booking to another employee of yours.
The customer information will be filled out automatically if the customer is already in the customer database.
Step 4: Shipping Method
Choose between 2 options for your shipping methods
Option 1: No Shipping
This option works best, if a customer orders something at your local store. The ticket or voucher will be deposited as a PDF after the completion of the order and can be opened and printed out for your customer right away.
Option 2: E-Mail (Print-at-home)
This option works best, if a customer orders a product by phone. With this option the customer will automatically receive a booking confirmation as well as the tickets and the sales receipt through the system. If you choose this option, the buyer information will have to be filled out.
Variance of Option 2: With payment link
This option only works if you chose 'Reservation (no payment now)' in Step 5. Aditionally you have to choose E-Mail (Print-at-home). If the payment link is activated, a link will be added to the ususal confirmation email where the customer can click to pay for your offer at a later point in time. If your customer pays online, the reservation will automatically be turned into an order.
Note
The payment link is active for 24h after the reservation is made and the link is sent to the customer. You need to do another reservation for the customer when the customer hasn't paid the reservation.
Note
For bundle offers (POS), you cannot send a reservation with a payment link.
Step 5: Payment Method
Choose between 4 payment methods.
Note
You are responsible for managing your payments with this option.
