Regiondo offers you the option to add other user profiles in addition to your own. In this context, the term "multi-user" refers to one of these additional users.

1. How do I create an additional user?
This function can be found in “Settings > Multi-User Access”.
There, click on +Add Email adress.
This will open a form in which you can enter the data of the new user.

A link will be sent to the email address you entered. The user can click on this link to create a password.
2. Assigning rights to new users
- You have the option to assign particular rights to new users. You can choose whether you wish to "Assign all rights" or decide on a one-by-one basis which functions will be available in the new user account. For the best way to do this, click here.

3. Notifications for multi-users
Finally, you can decide whether and how your new user should receive notifications. Choose between email and SMS.
4. Can I resend an invitation for my multi-user?
If your multi-user has accidentally deleted or lost the invitation email, you can simply resend the invitation. Just click on the button in the middle to resend the invitation.
