Attention!
You won't find the order options in 'manage offers' anymore. Instead, you can find the order options separately under 'Shop configuration' and 'POS configuration'.
Use the different order options to optimize your process. There might be different demands for a booking when a customer books at the POS instead of a booking in your ticket shop.

Especially customer with a huge amount of offers will be happy to search for their offers to set the right order options.
To begin with, you can choose whether you require the following information about the customer only or about each individual participant. Keep this in consideration for any offers for which a customer is able to purchase more than one ticket.
You can either choose from the existing options (e.g. telephone, date of birth, weight) or formulate your own questions (e.g. existing allergies).
Choose Type and language for your new question
Decide between a text and a dropdown menu for your question. A drop down menu could be very helpful in some cases because your customers can only choose between the possibilities you offer.
When you have different languages please take a look at this setting. The language should always be the same like your offer and when you have the same offer in different languages please create separate questions for them.
