Is it possible to use your own payment service provider?
We recommend that you use the Regiondo Payment Gateway. However, it is also possible to use your own payment service provider. This would mean that you would have to program your own check-out in your booking process using the Regiondo API.

Are offline payments possible?
Yes, offline payments are possible. You will be charged the Regiondo fee for these orders with offline payment methods. The customer will receive a ticket upon checkout. It is up to you to follow-up with the customer to collect payments. Income that is not collected via Regiondo will not be included in your earning summary.
