What are custom barcodes?
Custom barcodes are barcodes which you created. So you can use your company name or something like that to make your barcodes individual.
It's quick and easy to upload your own barcodes for printing on your tickets. The software permits you to choose your desired barcode type and to upload different barcode numbers for each ticket.

The sample file is divided into three sheets:

Column A - Ticket Option ID (required)
Column B - Ticket Code (required)
Column C - Ticket Custom Display Code (empty by default)
Column D - Barcode Type (code39, code128, ean128, code25...)
Column E - Print Below Barcode (0 - Regular code; 1 - Nothing; 2 - Custom Display Code)
- Column A: Ticket ID option
Each ticket option has a ticket option ID. You will find the ID in Sheet 2 - Product List (Column D - Option ID)
- Column B: Ticket Code
Here you will add your own barcodes.
- Column C: Ticket Custom Display Code
This column is empty by default, but if you add details here (personalize the ticket code), you will also have to add the number 2 in column E so that these details are displayed below the barcode.
- Column D: Barcode Type
Check in Sheet 3 - Supported Barcode Types whether we support your barcode type and how you should refer to it.
Please note:
Code 39 - should contain only: 0123456789ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ -.$/+%

Next codes should contain only digits:
Code 25, Code 25 ITF - max length 8 characters
EAN 2 - max Length: 2 characters

EAN 8 - max Length of : 8 characters

EAN 2 - max Length: 2 characters
EAN 5 - max Length: 5 characters

! Please do not format the cells, as if you insert more than 8 characters, the Excel file will automatically concert it to a formula such as:
1.8377E+12
Save your list in one of the formats given above (.csv oder .xls) and upload it to your Regiondo account by clicking on the buttons "Select a File" and "Excel File Upload".
Once the file has uploaded, you'll receive a notification in your Regiondo account.

Tip:
You can also select multiple codes and deactivate / delete them. Simply click on the respective boxes under 'Product Name'. The box right next to 'Product Name' lets you use the following funtions: 'Select all', 'select all, only on this page' and 'unselect all'. Once you are done selecting your codes, click on 'select action' on the top right and then on 'Submit'.
Which barcodes are used when my custom barcodes are running out?
You can decide between two options when your custom barcodes running out:
- Display product is out of stock
- Continue selling using Regiondo barcodes
Go to 'Ticket validation > Upload Barcodes > Barcode Availability Settings' in your dashboard.
