The different kinds of view of step 1 and 2 are the most used ones of the calendar. But we also offer you a table and resource view. In addition, you have the possibility to integrate your availabilities in iCal-compatible calendars, including Outlook, Google Calendar and other programs.
3.1 Table view
Choosing the table view, you only see the next appointments as a list. There, you can change the capacity and have a good overview of the number of bookings.
3.2 Resource view
The resource view allows you to see how many resources are in use, how many are free and to which booking they belong by simply clicking on the corresponding cell. When you scroll down, the name of the resource sticks to the top of the calendar to guarantee you a good overview.
Move and re-order your resources in your calendar per drag and drop
iCal view
In comparison to the other types of view, the integration with the iCal calendar is a little bit more complicated. For this reason, we created an additional knowledge base article about the integration via iCal.

5. Booking notes
A running tour and activity business needs a lot of information to delight its customers. Therefore, it is important for you and your employees to have quick access to relevant booking information. When you run guided city tours, for example, it is important to let your guides know about a customer's special need or preference. For these cases, we developed a new connection between the notes you can add to individual bookings and the calendar. Now, the calendar displays the aggregated booking notes when you mouse over the top right corner of the appointment.
To create a booking note, go to your bookings and simply enter it. If you want to activate or deactivate the notes you just have to go to your calendar settings to do so.
6. Settings
You can adjust different settings for your calendar. Firstly, you have the choice to display assignees and booking notes or not. Additionally, you can modify every color of your dashboard calendar.
