1. What is an offer bundle?
A bundle is offering several offers for sale as one combined offer.
Note:
- From March 2020 you can offer gift vouchers for your bundle offers via your website and your Point of Sale.
- Bundle offers cannot be sold via Distribution Channels: DMO, GYG, Viator, etc.
To create a bundle go to Manage Offers > My Offer Bundles > +New Bundle in your dashboard.
2. Creating a new bundle
Creating a new bundle is very similar to creating an offer in general. It's separated into six easy steps for you to follow.
Note:
Click here to read more about how to create an offer.
2.1 Basic Data
First you will have to insert some basic data for your offer. To start off choose your 'input text language', after that you will need to name your bundle and add a short description as well as some highlights to it. Once you're done press 'Save and continue'.

After that you can select different languages your offer also supports and write a detailed description for your offer as well. Again, click 'Save and continue' to proceed.

2.3 Tickets
New update:
Single activities can now be removed by customer from bundle. The price won´t be affected. So if you have a bundle of 3 activities and the customer does not want to have the third one, the customer can remove that part of the bundle but the bundle price won´t change.
New Feature: Activities should start taking place within X day
You can decide in which time your offers will take place. Per default is 24 hours per bundle but you can change the setting in your bundles.
This is where you select the offers you would like to combine.
Note that it is also possible to combine more than just two offers. To add another offer to your bundle simply click + Add new product. The price of your offers, which have already been created, will show up immediately on the right. Type in your desired 'bundle price' for your combination of products right above the '+ Add new product' button. You can select variations and ticket options if you already created some for your old offers and set the follow-up-time as well. Follow-up-time is considered the time difference in between events e.g. the time needed to get from one event place to another. Once you're done, press 'Save and continue'.

3. How to archive Bundles?
You can easily archive your bundles which you do not need anymore.
3.1 Your bundle has to be deactivated before you can archive it
Deactivating your bundle is very easy. Just click on the red button in the 'actions' section in your bundle section. After that, the red 'deactivate' button turns into the 'archive" button. Also, the 'preview' button turns into an 'activate' button.
3.2 Click on 'archive' to move your bundle into your archive.
Click on the "archive" button to move your bundle into your archive. You can easily take a look which bundles are in your archive. Just click on 'go to archive' on the top of your bundle list.
4. How are resources blocked in a bundle?
4.1 The combined offers use the same resources.
The time slot of the second offer results from the duration and follow-up time of the first offer, the preparation time of the second offer and the buffer time of the bundle.
4.2 The combined offers use different resources.
In this case, the time slot of the second offer results from the follow-up time and buffer time of the first offer. The resource in question is only blocked for the preparation and follow-up time and for the duration of the offer. No resources are blocked for the buffer time.
4.3 One offer uses an additional resource.
If both offers use the same resources, but one offer uses an additional resource, the same logic applies as described for using different resources.
Attention
The bundle follow up time does not block any resources. It is used to calculate the next time slot. Only the preparation and follow-up time of each offer blocks resources.
5. How is the VAT amount calculated in a bundle?
The vat amount of a bundle consists of out the original VAT amounts of each ticket.
Example:
Ticket A: 35.00€ VAT Rate: 7% -> VAT = 2.45€
Ticket B: 29.00€ VAT Rate: 19% -> VAT = 5.41€
Ticket sum: 35.00€ + 29.00€ = 64.00€
VAT sum: 2.45€ + 5.41€ = 7.86€
Total: 64.00€ + 7.86€ = 71.86€
Note
When a discount is granted for the offer bundle, the vat amount will be calculated with the discounted price of each ticket.
