Sending information to customers
You can share important information with your customers on the ticket. This function can be found in the offer creation process under Step 2: “Details”.
First, go to Manage Offers > My Offers and open the relevant offer by clicking on the title.
In Step 2: “Details”, check the box "Important information for customers (will be displayed on Regiondo ticket)". A text box will open. Enter and edit your desired text.
To finish the process click "Save and publish" at the bottom of the page.

Examples for 'important Information'
Of course, you are going to be the one who knows best about what's really going to be important to the customer for your specific offer. We still wanted to give you some examples though for what this could look like:
- "Please print out your ticket and bring it to the event."
- "Please meet at the entry point 30 minutes before your booked time."
- "If you are having trouble finding the designated meeting point, please call our guide on 0176-12345789."
Once you have clicked save, your text will appear in a black box on the second page of every ticket that is generated.
