1. Find the desired appointment
To get an overview of all your appointments, you can go to your calendar in your dashboard. Just click on "Calendar" in your navigation. Or just click here to go to your calendar.

To cancel bookings in an appointment just click the red marked "cancel appointment".
2. Select the bookings-to-be cancelled
You may cancel individual tickets, bookings or all bookings. Just click on the concerning option to prepare the tickets for cancellation. You have to write a message to the customers, stating the reason for the cancellation.
When you selected an option, click on "cancel all bookings".
Note
You can not cancel bookings coming through sales channel like Viator or GetYourGuide in Regiondo. These bookings have to be cancelled in your account of that sales channel.
3. Select refund option and confirm cancellation
You can choose between value voucher and money refund as refund options.
Note
This method offers the same refund options as the cancellation in the dedicated booking. For more information about the options, you can therefore visit this article.
If at least one of the selected bookings supports the refund with money or with value voucher, you are able to choose this option. To confirm the cancellation, click on "Confirm cancellation and refund ...".
Important
If one or more selected tickets do not support the desired refund option, you will have to cancel the remaining tickets manually. A notification will remind you of that in the appointment overview. The bookings that were not cancelled still have the booking status "Confirmed".
