Your customer receive a lot of different messages during the buying process. You can edit and individualize the emails in your dashboard.
Where can I edit and individualize my messages for the customer?
Go to 'Messages > Notifications' in your dashboard. You can also go to Messages > System Notifications where you will find an overview of all sent messages.
1. Which messages will send to the customer?
Use the possibility to individualize the emails for your customer to show your personal print to them.
Regiondo is also sending notifications to bookings from sales channels.
When you for example change the booking which came in your Regiondo Dashboard through a sales channel like GetYourGuide, notifications will be also send to them. These kind of bookings are also treated as normal bookings.
