Normally, vouchers need to be redeemed by customers here.
After entering the voucher number, the customer is forwarded directly to the offer page and can view the range of potential dates and times set by you. They can then decide on a particular time slot and will receive a ticket to bring with them to the event location.

Tip:
When handling date inquiries via telephone or email, please make your customers aware that they need to redeem the voucher here. A brief guide to the process can be found on the voucher itself.
If a customer has printed out the voucher and brought it to an event rather than redeeming it online, please validate the voucher via your account.
Note:
While you can validate value vouchers, the validation does not make the actual voucher invalid. You can make value vouchers invalid in your Dashboard » Ticket Validation » Check Code.
Enter the voucher code in the field provided and click "Send".
You will see immediately whether the voucher is still valid. One of four validity statuses may be displayed in the message box:
- Valid
- Ticket already verified
- Expired
- Invalid
Tip:
1. Only accept vouchers if their validity has not yet expired.
