If a customer has a gift voucher, value voucher or coupon code and you would like to check the validity, you can do that in your dashboard.
Where can I find it?
Go to "Ticket validation > check code" in your Dashboard.
There you will find an input box where you can insert the codes. You can enter the codes of your gift voucher, value voucher and coupon codes.
Which information do I receive?
For example, If you enter a coupon code you get the following information:
- Generation date. The date the code was created
- Validity. The period in which the coupon is valid.
- Discount Type. Which kind of discount you set. A fixed value or a percentage.
- Discount Value. The value of the discount. Could be a fixed value or a percentage.
- Number of Uses. How often the coupon was used.
- Coupon code used on booking numbers. For which booking numbers the coupon code was used.
- Max. Usage. The maximum amount of uses for the coupon.
- Product Validity. Which products the coupon code can be used for.
- Status. Shows if the coupon is still active or disabled.
So you are able to check all the information about the codes which your customers can have.
