Important:
- If you wish to connect with mydays on the platform, you must have a partnership with mydays.
- You must already have products listed with mydays.
- You have to select the option "Accept new booking automatically" in step 4 of the offer creation.
- After mydays has contacted you, the connection should take around 2-3 days to be established.
How do I connect my offer?
Step 1:
Log in to your Regiondo dashboard.
Under "Channel Manager", choose the option "Sales Channels".

Next to the channel "mydays", click on the "Edit" icon.

Step 3:
Enter your Product Supplier Token in the field provided.

The Product Supplier Token is issued by mydays GmbH.

Step 4:
Click "Save" and activate the mydays sales channel.

After you have activated the sales channel, an automatic request is sent to the mydays system to retrieve the list of your products with the required IDs.
Step 5:
The mydays system identifies all your mydays offers with the required IDs. You will receive information about the experience ID, the location ID, the city and the mydays product name. In your Regiondo account, these information are displayed for each ticket category.

Note
The option "Not mapped" indicates that this product is not yet mapped. Per default all products are not mapped.
Step 6:
Select which of your mydays offers should be mapped with which Regiondo ticket category. After you have done this, a notification request is sent to mydays. After mydays has been notified, they can retrieve the list of mapped products from the Regiondo system.
How will my bookings be displayed once the connection is established?
Your mydays booking will be displayed in the Regiondo dashboard under Bookings > Bookings with the comment "mydays" in the Sales Channel column.

If you click on a mydays booking, the booking overview will open as usual.

At the bottom of the page you'll find the Regiondo ticket, the purchase receipt and, where applicable, the invoice.

Important:
- There are no fees from Regiondo.
- If you have to cancel a ticket which was originally ordered on mydays, mydays will send out the cancellation notification to your customer.
- Upon booking, mydays customers will receive mydays tickets, not Regiondo tickets. The payout modalities for you do not change.
- Please note that the dates offered on mydays must match those in your Regiondo account. We also recommend that you create identical price lists in mydays.
