By presenting photos of your offers in your ticketshop, new and existing customers should gain a realistic impression of your services.

High quality images increase your offer’s value and the probability of purchase. Images should always be relevant, authentic and reflect your offer in the best possible way.
1. Quality
Images must be of high quality and well illuminated. Please ensure an appropriate resolution and natural colors. Any images that appear pixilated or are too low a resolution will not be accepted.
2. Image size
To ensure the best possible quality, an image size of at least 1500 x 869 pixels and landscape format is required. Use the following file formats: jpg / jpeg, png.
3. Image content
Please use authentic images that reflect and describe your offer. The customer will gain a realistic impression of your services, your premises and other conditions.
3.1 Choose relevant images

3.2 Do not use your logo as main image.
Do not use your logo as an offer image!
To upload your logo, go to Settings > Supplier Information. You can upload it there. The size of the logo should be 320 x 100 pixels.
