There are 2 options for assigning your bookings to multi-users.
1. Option: Add to account
You can select particular bookings to users by adding them as multi-users in your account. This function can be found in your account under "Settings > Multi-Users".
Important
You can add a maximum of four assignees to a booking.
Note
When you assign a booking to multi-users, the multi-users will receive an email automatically.
Select a multi-user and go to edit mode by clicking on the pen.
There, under "Grant this user access to:", select "User actions". Check "Bookings > Only assigned bookings".
Save the newly created multi-user and open the booking by clicking on the menu item "Bookings" in your user account.
Choose your desired booking by clicking on it. The detailed view for the booking will appear. Select the relevant multi-users under the option "Assignee to:". Click the "Add new" button to add additional multi-users.

When the users sign into your user account using their login data, only those bookings that have been assigned to them will be displayed in the booking overview.
2. Option: Availability calendar
Another way to assign bookings or availabilities to multi-users is the assignment in the availability calendar:
- Go to Calendar in your dashboard
- Select the availability you want to assign to users>open it
- Assign it to the concerned users in the drop-down menu
- Go to bookings > new booking
- Choose the offer you want to book
- Select date and time
- Select the quantity of tickets you need
- Add buyer information
- Add to shopping cart
- Assign booking to the users
Important
Please first add the booking to cart, then assign the booking!

This function is very helpful if you work with guides as resources.
3. Do the multi-users receive a notification automatically?
You have the possibility to activate an automatic email notification when a booking assign to multi-users. Go to Messages > Notification in your dashboard and activate 'Appointment assignment -
Multi-user notification for assignment'. This notification is only possible via email.
Subsequently, the multi-users receive an email with the following information:
- Name of the offer
- Date
- Time
- Booking number
