You can change a reservation or convert it into a booking. To do this, open the reservation by clicking on the desired reservation in the booking overview.
Note:
Reservations can be viewed and opened like a booking in the booking overview. Click here to go to your booking overview.

Click on one of your reservations to go into this reservation. There you will find more information about this reservation.
In the upper area you will find a brief overview of this reservation. Here you will find the reservation number, the date and time of the reserved offer.

1. Change Reservation
When changing a reservation, you can, for example, change the offer, the date, the time, the number of tickets as well as buyer information and the shipping method.
Click on "Place reservation" at the end to save the new reservation data.

Please do not change the payment method "Reservation (not payment now)".
2. Confirm reservation
To convert a reservation into a booking, you must change the payment method from "Reservation (no payment now)" to another payment method (for example payment via credit card).
Then click on "Confirm reservation".
Then click on "Confirm reservation".
Note:
The confirmation of a reservation is also the payment process.
The system automatically generates a booking number and the booking status changes from "Reservation" to "Confirmed".
