To carry out a part cancellation, begin by opening the booking. To do this, go to Bookings > Bookings in your user account and click on the booking to be cancelled.
Click on the tab Cancel booking. Click on the tickets to be cancelled. The selected tickets will be highlighted in red. Write your customer a message in the message field, giving adequate grounds for the cancellation, then click on Cancel booking.

A new window will appear. Here, you'll see all information pertaining to the refund.

In the field Adjustment Fee, you can enter your desired cancellation fee manually. This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund.
How will the customer receive the refund?
Via a drop down menu, you can choose whether you wish to refund the customer or provide them with a value voucher for the amount of the refund.
The customer will then receive an email informing them of the cancellation and, where applicable, a value voucher.
