Important
If you change the validity. sold tickets are still valid with the old validity. Make sure that you include the sold tickets with the old validity in your planning.
When you go to step 4: Validity, you can create a new availability. First you have to pick one of the 3 following options.
1. Fixed / set opening hours:
This option is for the case if you have fixed opening hours. For example in a museum.
1.1 Availability
First you set a period when the opening hours are available. For example when you have different opening hours in summer and winter.

Logic change at the opening hours
From now on, the opening hours will be fully taken into account. This means that the last appointment that can be booked is coordinated with the opening hours. The opening time serves as the final closing point. If this change means a change in opening hours for you, adjust it in step 4 of offer creation.
Example
Opening hours: 9:00 - 17:00
Clock: every 30 minutes
Last possible reservation: 16:30
Clock: every 30 minutes
Last possible reservation: 16:30
Now you can decide when your regular opening hours are. At first you click "+add time."
You can reproduce the time for the whole week if you click on the black button.
In addition you can indicate a clock to individualize your opening hours. So far, the interval was every 30 minutes. Now you can decide by yourself.
Note
You can define the interval only when you use accept new booking manually or accept new booking automatically in step 4.
1.3 Add public holiday / vacation
If your opening hours are bound to public holidays you can choose the dates. You can also enter the vacation of your company.
1.4 Appointment requested
You have three options to accept a requested appointment.
- Accept new booking manually: You will get an email or text message (sms) when you have a new reservation.
- Accept new booking automatically: Every appointment is accepted automatically. You will get a automatic booking notification via email.
- No appointment needed: The client is informed about your availabilities and does not need to book a specific date. Please notice: You can’t define any event capacities if you select this alternative. If you would like to configure an event capacity, please choose one of the above alternatives.
2. Recurring appointments / dates
This option is clever if you have tours or something similar to that which have fixed times to start,e.g. a city tour or a massage.
2.1 Availability
First you can set when the offer is Availability. For example when you have different availabilities in summer and winter you can first make the settings for summer. For example from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
2.2 Weekly starting hours
Now you can decide when your offers start. At first you click "+add time". You can choose more than one starting hour per day.
As you can read in the fixed / set opening hours you can reproduce the times for the whole week if you click on the black button right to +add time.
In addition you can make the setting, how often the offer will repeat. You can choose between weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.

Weekly: This offer will take place every week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Monthly: This offer will take place every month on the 1st, 3rd and 5th.

Monthly: This offer will take place every month on the 1st, 3rd and 5th.
Example
You choose Monday 1st of April, Wednesday 3rd of April and Friday 5th of April.
2.3 Single / specific dates
If you have just single or specific dates in exception for your offer you can choose the dates an the time at this point. If you have only single or specific dates, please use the third option specific dates / appointments.

3. Specific dates / appointments
You can use the option Specific dates / appointments if you have only specific dates or appointments. This could be when you offer festivals or something similar. A festival is normally not recurring or has fixed opening hours.

First you can set the time when the offers are available. Maybe you have just one appointment or more. You can add as much as you need.
3.2 Appointment requested
