If you would like to limit the check in to certain times you should set check in restrictions. That way your customers can check in only when their ticket is eligible to check in.
Step by step instructions for setting check in restrictions
1. Open the app! In the bottom below in the right side you will find a cogwheel icon. Click on it to get to the settings.
2. In the settings menu on the top there is the option „Check In Restrictions“. Please click on it!
3. The restriction menu will open. You need to click on the „+“ icon.
4. Select your offer under „Product“, under „Variant“ the „Price List“, under „Option“ the „Ticket Category“, and finally the date and time when the tickets should be valid.
5. After that click on the „Back“ arrow until you get tot he settings menu. A red dot shows you the settings that you had made. The „Shut“ – Button in the bottom on the right side takes you back tot he scan mode. Then you can start scanning.
