If you have a minimum number of participants in your offers, it is possible that the number won´t reach. This isn´t a problem to solve with your Regiondo system.
1. Go to the appointment in the calendar in your dashboard.
When you find the appointment without the necessary number of participants in your calendar, click on the appointment. There you will find the button 'cancel booking'.
2. Tell your customer the reason or alter the booking
Afterwards you can decide to cancel the booking or alter the booking.
2.1 Alter the booking
Tell your customers that you have to alter the booking because the minimum number of participants was´t reached. You can send them a message with an alternative appointment.

Try to find an alternative appointment for your customers to not make them angry
2.2 Cancel booking
We take cancellations very seriously. We strongly discourage you from cancelling the appointment, as it can cause a big inconvenience to the buyer and attendees.
Please explain the reason for the cancellation to your attendees.
Please note that cancellation fees may be applied to each booking.
