Are there different modes for scanning tickets?
There are two modes in the Regiondo App. You can find them when you click on the arrow next to Configuration.
One of the two modes synchronizes the data in real-time with the system. The other mode synchronizes when you want it to synchronize the data. If you wish a real time synchronization, we recommend you to select the option "Scan only online". It marks the scanned tickets as "validated / invalid" in the system because the date is directly transmitted into the system.
Another option is the "Scan local database" mode. Imagine you have your activity far away from network coverage. This case won’t be an issue. You can easily synchronize your database with your device before and do your scans without any internet connection. No new data will be transmitted between the app and the system. You can start the synchronization manually. When you click on the "Sync" button, the data will be transmitted. A red text box informs you when the database needs to be synchronized.
Attention
You can only scan tickets successfully if there are no check in restrictions that avoid the successful check in.
How can I find the validated tickets in the system?
When you log into your Regiondo account you can check the validated tickets. You need to go to Ticket Validation>Validated tickets. You will find a list of the validated tickets.
Do the statistics say when the tickets were validated?
Yes, you can download statistics with validation information. Click on "Export" and you will see when the tickets were validated. A column shows the date of the validation and the name of the customer who validated the ticket.
