In order to promote your business to attract new customers, we offer 4 different type of vouchers that you can offer to potential customers to encourage them to book with you.
1. Gift vouchers
A gift voucher is redeemable for a specific offer which can be something purchased on your website by anyone to give as a gift to a friend or relative. They can then redeem the gift voucher online or directly with you.

2. Value vouchers
Value vouchers allow you to gift a potential new customer a voucher for a fixed amount that can be redeemed on any offer of their choosing or just on one specific offer. Giving value vouchers is a great tool for when your business is new and you need to generate word-of-mouth recommendations and online reviews for your products.

3. Coupon Codes
Coupon codes can be used to promote certain offers with special seasonal discounts or to discount last minute offers to sell products with additional capacity. You can offer coupons by percentage discount or a fixed value off the customers order.

4. Early Bird tickets
Another idea to promote your activities is to offer a product at a lower price during a defined early booking phase to encourage booking early.

Personalised tickets and vouchers
Now that you know how vouchers can be used to promote your business, we highly recommend that you personalise how they will appear to your customer. You can also personalise how your tickets and invoices will appear and is a great opportunity to add your company branding.

Sales channels for greater reach:
Now that you've learned how to use Vouchers to grow direct sales, you are ready to start thinking about using distribution partners to reach an even bigger audience.
We recommend that you get started with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) that help market your activities to a much wider audience. To learn more about OTAs please see our blog article. GetYourGuide and Viator are the biggest OTAs for tours & activities and these are the ones that we recommend you get started with first if you are new to working with distribution channels. You can find all our Distribution partners in your Regiondo Dashboard under Channel Manager > Sales Channels. Here you will see your Own Ticketshop which lets you activate the listings you want to appear on your own Ticketshop for direct sales. Then you will see all of the other sales channels available to you, simply click the edit button to learn more about how to activate and start selling with this channel.
