Welcome to the new level to manage your bookings!
With the release of our new booking management we also introduce our new design approach. It was time to paint our system in fresh colors. In the next months, more and more pages will get this new look and feel.
Don't worry if you now have different colors on different pages, the renovation of a system is comparable with renovating a house: you go room by room and not everything at once.
⚠️ Please note: This version of the Dashboard is currently in the beta phase. As we gather feedback, features and sections may be updated or changed.

1. Booking & participant overview - Everything in one place
Switch easily between your booking and participant list, redeem product vouchers directly from the booking list and place a new booking or even import if you need to.
Our goal is to provide you with a dashboard that allows you to do all important actions easily and go focus on the most important information at first glance.

2. Drag & Drop and new columns
2.1 Drag & Drop
With our new booking management, we introduce a Drag & Drop functionality for the booking and participant list. We know that our users have very different use cases for these lists and one standard-setting won't fit all of them. With the new Drag & Drop functionality, you can sort the columns in the list in the way you need. Decide on your own which information should be visible at first sight! When you scroll through your information, the first column will always stay fixed.

2.2 Two new columns
Also, we introduce two new columns: the booking notes and a Check in all button.
Just hover over the notes symbol to see any information you or one of your coworkers has left.
When you work with the check-in system, you can just check-in all participants of a booking. If some people are missing, just refer to the booking detail page and check in the participants separately.

3. New filter layout & quick filters
3.1 Save for the next session
In order to make Regiondo tailored to everyone's needs, we improved the filter functionality and made it so that you can save your filter settings for the next time.
Save your settings per device
This saving is cookie-based, so it will only be saved on the device and cookies needs to be accepted.

3.2 Quick filters
A booking solution requires fast actions, especially when you are on site. Doesn't matter if you are a guide meeting your guests in the city or at the info station in an indoor arena. Some actions need to be easily accessible and swiftly executed.
We have introduced some so-called "quick actions" to make your life easier.
Use the quick filter in your booking and participant list to get certain bookings and participants in one view. In the booking list, we have introduced the following quick filters: Bookings for today, bookings for tomorrow, unpaid bookings, and bookings with action required. The participant list will show you, participants, for today or tomorrow with one click! And don't worry: selecting other parameters will still be possible through the All filters button.

4. Booking detail page
What's new?
When you check a booking, you need to know a couple of information as fast as possible. For example: Is the booking confirmed? Is it paid or unpaid? Who bought it and how many participants are expected? We put the answers to all of these questions into this first view of the booking information Page:

If you need more details, just take a look in the dedicated section
We have organized the booking information page in a way that allows you to get all details for a certain topic with one click. If your guest is asking you about payment details, just click on the payment block and you will directly see all needed information:

What will be released later on?
Those features didn't make it into the initial release of the booking management but will be delivered soon after!
- Altering products: Changing the product, price list or ticket category for the booking.
- Redeeming product vouchers

- Booking calendar: Due to its popularity, it will be replaced with one, powerful dashboard calendar. More on that in the future.
