In step 4 of the offer creation process, you have the option to accept the booking manually. From February 2020 you can approve the booking even after the event. The tickets etc. will be generated the same way as before the event and of course the payment will proceed. Don't forget there is a limit of 6 days to confirm the booking. The customer will be informed as well.

1. Which messages go out to whom?
Whenever a customer is booking an offer, the new reservation requests will be sent via e-mail or text message alerts. The request will be sent to your given e-mail address.

After a successful booking the customer will get a confirmation of their order.
2. Do you have to answer the customer yourself if you accept a booking manually?
After you've got the notification, it is very important to answer your customer and to accept the bookings manually.
Via the button 'Confirm appointment' in your mail, it will lead you to your Dashboard.

Now in your Dashboard, you just have to accept the order.
