The customer will receive their vouchers by email within seconds after booking. Occasionally, these e-mails may end up in the spam folder and are not seen by the customer and are automatically deleted by the e-mail provider. You can resend tickets and vouchers to the customer via your operator account by clicking on the customer's booking in the booking overview. In addition to the buyer data, you can click on "Re-send tickets and proof of purchase" under the actions.
A new page opens. Here you can either use the buyer's e-mail address or enter another e-mail address and then click on "Resend tickets and sales receipt".
