Your bookings can not only be viewed in tabular form, but also within a calendar. What’s more, it’s possible to integrate the calendar from your Regiondo Account into Outlook, Google Calendar and other calendar programs using iCal Calendar Feed.
Note
The iCal Calendar Feed can be found under the heading “Calendar” in your Regiondo Account.
Click on “iCal View”.
The iCal feed will sync up to 5 weeks of future bookings to a calendar of your choice.
The iCal feed displays availabilities with bookings only.

Note:
To synchronize the bookings correctly, please use the new iCall-URL!
Important
The restriction to 5 weeks is due to the limitation of calendars such as Google Calendar that can only work with files that are one megabyte (1MB) or smaller.
You can also choose which types of information you wish to be integrated into your calendar via iCal.

Next, your iCal Feed URL will be displayed. Copy this by clicking on the copy symbol.

The way the integration works depends on your calendar program:
- Google Calendar
- Apple iCal
- Microsoft Outlook
1. Google Calendar
In your Google Calendar, open the drop-down menu next to “Other calendars”. Click on the option “Add via URL”.
Paste the previously copied iCal Feed URL into the resulting field and click on “Add Calendar”.
Paste the previously copied iCal Feed URL into the resulting field and click on “Add Calendar”.
Note
The Google Calendar synchronizes the data only every 8 hours. This means that new bookings will not appear in your Google Calendar immediately. Unfortunately, Google does not offer the option for manual synchronization.
2. Apple iCal
Open the calendar program. Go to “File” and then click on “New Calendar Subscription”.
Paste the the previously copied iCal Feed URL into the resulting field and click on “Subscribe”.
Paste the the previously copied iCal Feed URL into the resulting field and click on “Subscribe”.
Depending on the device and software used, the synchronized information might not be displayed fully. For example, in some versions of the Apple desktop calendar, not all information can be displayed.
3. Microsoft Outlook
Outlook help center
Please refer to the official Outlook documentation first.
"Open “File” in your Outlook calendar and click on “Account Settings”, then again on “Account Settings”. In the resulting field, click on the tab “Internet Calendars” and on the button “New”. Finally, paste the previously copied iCal Feed URl and click “Add”. If you want to merge or overlay your calendars, follow this instruction.
4. FAQ
4.1 If I delete something in my calendar software, will it delete the booking in Regiondo?
iCal feeds are read-only. They are not able to access your Regiondo account directly to modify bookings. Each booking in your calendar does, however, provide a link to edit the booking in Regiondo.
4.2 How often is the data in my calendar refreshed?
This is configured by your calendar client. It can be a little as 5 minutes, or as long as 1 month. If you have a lot of bookings, you may want to have a longer refresh time to avoid performance issues with your calendar.
4.3 Why are there time differences between the calendar in my Regiondo dashboard and the implemented iCal Calendar?
Time differences can be caused by several reasons.
Different time zone settings
If time zone setting of your Google / Outlook / iCal is different compared to your Regiondo dashboard, that can cause time differences.

Attention!
Time slots are +1h between Regiondo calendar and Outlook, caused by time zone setting issues in Outlook.
Event location is in a different time zone
In Step 5 of the offer creation you set up the event location, if that location is in a different time zone compared to your calendar that can cause time differences.
