Creating appointments

Validity does not have the same meaning as creating tickets in this case, as it's not about the duration of selling your offers. There are 3 different possibilities for setting up your validity .

There are 3 options when it comes to setting up your validity:
- Fixed / set opening hours: If you are not setting up specific appointments for your offers, you should type in your opening hours here, so your customers will know when it's possible to redeem a voucher.
- Recurring appointments / dates: This option is a good choice if you e.g. offer a certain tour on every thursday at the same time.
- Specific dates / appointments: with this option you will set up the starting time of your appointment for specific dates. This can be useful if you are selling tickets for certain events like concerts.
