In which language are the documents sent once a customer books a product from your website?
If you have implemented multiple shops in different languages, your customer will receive the respective email and documents in the language of the shop he / she bought the product from. Therefore, if the shop's language was set to English in the first place, every single document (such as a booking confirmation, tickets, sales receipt) will be send in English.
In which language are the documents sent if I am the one creating the booking in my own account?
If you create a booking manually in your dashboard, you have to make sure you select the desired language through the respective flag button. This will decide the language for the documents sent.
Tip:
To create a booking manually, go to Bookings > New Booking in your Dashboard.
Important:
It is essential that you always keep in mind what language your customer speaks when creating bookings manually.
