New “Send tax invoice” option
In the buyer box of the booking detail page, there is a new option to “Send tax invoice”.
When clicked, the invoice form will open. Simply fill out the required information and then click on the “Send invoice” button at the bottom. If the customer already filled in the data at the conclusion of the purchase, it will be there. Otherwise, you will have to do this manually.

Now in the participant list, you can see which add-onare connected to each participant’s booking. You can add the add-on column via the columns button and then drag and drop it into your desired position.
Reservations display as unpaid and with no payment method
Reservations now show the payment status ‘Unpaid’ and do not display any payment method.
Now, when you hover over the column names on the booking and participant lists, an icon appears to make it clear that the columns can be moved. Some additional styling improvements have been made to make this functionality smoother to use.

More improvements for the booking and participant list
New “Next 7 days” quick filter in the participant list
As you might know, previously we introduced quick filters (Today and Tomorrow) that can help you quickly filter your customers in the participant list. In this update, we have added a new quick filter: Next 7 days. This option displays all customers in the next 7 days starting from today (00:00). This way you can easily see the participants for the next week.
Better usability for filter options
Filters are a great tool to help you display only relevant bookings and with this update, we have improved your ability to filter by products. In the “Product” dropdown menu of All filters, you can find all your products alphabetically sorted by product title. Simply scroll down to find the product you want to see or start typing the product title in the search box to find your product in the list even more quickly.
Redeemed product vouchers are marked as paid
In this update, we have improved your product voucher experience. Now your redeemed product vouchers are marked as paid, while you can find “product voucher” as a payment type with a reference to the corresponding booking in the payment details.
Switch between booking list and participant list without losing filter settings
The update is to allow you to smoothly switch between the booking list and the participant list. Now, any action you take on one of the lists will also be applied to the other list (for example: search or filter).

New Updates
Same colour for bookings from the same order
As you might know, some orders may contain multiple bookings (e.g., add-ons or bundles). In this update, we made it easier for you to have a clear overview of bookings belonging to the same order. From now on, all bookings from the same order are displayed in the same colour. Note that you can also choose to display the “Order number” column of your booking list to help easily recognize bookings belonging to the same order.
Better usability when using value vouchers
If your booking is refunded with a value voucher, you can see this information in the Payment section of the booking detail page. Here you can view any value vouchers that were used and access the value voucher via a link. If there are more than one value voucher, they are displayed in a dropdown menu.
Improved visibility of booking types
In Regiondo, all bookings are divided into several types: experience product, product voucher (available both for experience products and bundles), value voucher, add-on, or bundle. In this version, we improved the visibility of booking types both in the overview and on the booking detail page.
In the booking list, you can find the column “Product” which contains not only the title of the product, but also the type of booking. To add this column to your booking list, click “Columns” and select “Product”. You can also find the booking type information in the corresponding box on the booking detail page.
Booking Management Improvements
Sales channel displayed on the booking detail page
On the booking detail page, you can now find your sales channel (e.g., GetYourGuide) and corresponding sales channel ID. Just click on the product tab to access all the important information about your booking. You can copy and trace your sales channel ID in your preferred sales channel system.
Booking notes extended up to 1.000 characters
On the booking detail page, you can add notes about your bookings that are visible for you and your employees. Previously, the notes were limited to maximum of 100 characters. In this update, we have extended the booking notes up to 1,000 characters. To see a preview of your notes, hover your mouse over the notes section to view the first 400 characters of your notes. This allows you to quickly get some context about your booking.
More columns added to the booking list
In the booking list, you can create a perfect overview of your bookings by adding or removing columns. In this update, we have added new columns that you can add to your view, such as payment method, price list, ticket category and total amount of your booking. Customize your booking list and choose to display the information that is relevant for you!
Total payment amount calculated correctly when using discount code
At the top of the booking details page, you can see the most important information about your booking, including total payment amount. Previously, the payment information hasn’t been updated after cancelling the ticket or applying a discount code. With this update, the total amount is always recalculated and displayed correctly after any changes made to the booking.
Value voucher codes displayed and linked when the refund is made via value voucher
If your customers apply value vouchers, you can see the voucher codes displayed and linked in the Payment section of the booking detail page. The update brings more clarity to your payments and reimbursements.

Booking Management Improvements
Export of the participants
If you would like to export the list of the participants who booked your offer, you can do so in the Participants List tab. Press “Export” button at the top of the page and choose a convenient format: CSV, XLS or XLSX. The export will generate a file out of the view which you have configured.
Improved drag & drop functionality
In the new Booking Management section, you can sort the columns in the list simply by drag-and-dropping them in your preferred order. This update makes dragging and sorting your columns more intuitive to use. Just hover your cursor over a column to see a drag handle, which helps you discover drag and drop as an available action.
Print your tickets with printers directly from the booking page
Regiondo offers a variety of default printers that can be used to print different types of ticket formats, for example wristband tickets. You can set your printer preferences in POS Configuration -> POS Printer.
With this update we have added a special button to print tickets right from the booking detail page using a printer of your choice. Just click the printer button to generate PDF of your ticket in the specific format.
No errors anymore when searching for a booking
In the new Booking Management section, we improved the booking search that helps you find your reservations faster. Today we are adding some usability improvements for the booking search to make it even easier for you to use it. For example, now the minimum search requirements have become more evident: the search field informs you if you enter insufficient number of characters to perform the search.

Day tickets
This long-awaited feature is now live!
If you want to offer your customers the possibility to book tickets for a specific date but without a time frame they must visit in, the day ticket allows just that.
Besides creating new bookings with day tickets you can also alter existing ones or sell day tickets as gift vouchers.

Gift Certificates without availabilities
Sell vouchers without storing a date before
Now it is possible to sell your vouchers without one available time slot in the future.

No price limitation for merchandise products
To create a merchandise product, you had to include a price greater than 0. Now it is possible to create free merchandise products valued at a gross price of 0!

Cancel selected bookings in appointment overview
Beforehand, you were only able to cancel all bookings at once.
This handy feature also allows you to selectively cancel tickets of a booking made on an appointment without visiting the dedicated booking overview.
In May this year we presented the new booking widget and kept developing the checkout process. The checkout is finished now!
The new booking widget allows you to seamlessly integrate the Regiondo ticketshop on your website. This grants you full control about the presentation of your offers. With the checkout in place you are able to customize your booking experience even more.

Mydays mapping
You now have the possibility to manage your mydays offers in Regiondo! In the
sales channels you can simply map your mydays data to display all booking-related information on your dashboard.
To access this feature you must have a partnership with mydays and have products listed on their platform.

Payment per ticket category
We have the new feature "Payment per ticket category". If you offer experiences for individuals or B2B events but wish to accept the payment method "Invoice" only for corporate events, you can specify this. You can decide to apply the payment option for all your offers or just for specific ones.
You can disable the POS Reservation option
Now you can activate or deactivate the functionality to offer the payment method reservation in the Dashboard POS so that you have the complete control about your payment methods offered in the Dashbard POS.

Manage time between bundle offers
You can organize the timing of your resources as follows:
Same resources:
In order to display time slot for the second offer, we sum up the duration from the first offer + follow-up time from first offer + preparation time from the second offer + the buffer time from the bundle if you use it.
Resources are consumed for follow-up, preparation and duration time. The buffer time is not consuming resources.
Different resources:
The preparation time from the second offer is ignored and calculate only follow-up + buffer time from first offer in order to display time slot for the second offer.
Resources are consumed only for preparation, follow-up and duration time. The buffer time is not consuming resources.

To have more options for your POS Bookings you can now customize the view of your POS settings to your needs. Go to
POS configuration > POS options. We added the option to show the ticket description directly in the POS View. Also you can define the default for Customer information. Your process might need customer information or not. Now you can decide if the system should ask for it per default or not.
Activate the option to show the Buyer Information.

Cancel booking: Show warning if payment with offline method
Before the new feature the cancellation of an unpaid booking created an valid value voucher, which could be redeemed by the customer, although the customer never paid the booking.
Now when cancelling a booking placed offline payment methods, a warning message should appear stating that the booking may not have been paid yet.

Mark offers as 'corona safe'
We added a tick box in the offer creation to mark offers as corona safe. This information will be passed to sales channels to provide them the information that your offers are compliant with the current corona regulations.

The shopping cart and the add-on step are now live for the new booking widget. Next so small improvements we made the next step forward. The next step will be one of the biggest: the checkout.
Statistic export
The voucher value and the code for „Refund via voucher“ are now selectable. You can now add the columns Payout Date and Payout amount to increase your transparency for Stripe payouts.
All the code needed for Usercentrics went live.
Usercentrics is an Cookie Consent platform to manage the consent of each visitor to Regiondo Subdomains.

You do not need to open the Mydays website for checking Mydays codes. Navigate to
Ticket Validation > Check Code in your Regiondo account. Enter the code in the text form! Then click the Search button. The Mydays voucher information will be displayed. The procedure is the same as for
Jochen Schweizer codes.

Alter a booking to an offer in another language
You can alter a booking to another offer. You can also choose an offer in a different language for the new booking.
Assign bookings to more than one guide
You can assign bookings to more than one multi-user when the offer requires more than one. The maximum of assignees is four. Due to the extension of the function some changes were applied to the assignment process.

Offer bundles as gift certificates in POS
You can offer bundles as gift certificates in POS. Go to
Bookings > New booking in your dashboard. Click on
Gift Certificate and select the respective bundle. The issued code is valid for all bundle activities. If the customer book more than one bundle ticket, you have the possibility to offer gift certificates for every single person or one gift certificate for all participants.
We received some feedback that the cart function in the checkout is not needed for every customer and leads to confusion in some business cases. We implemented an option to skip the cart.

Progress bar for uploading coupon codes
This visual improvement allows you to see the progress of the barcode upload. Currently there is no information displayed on how the upload of barcodes is going. Especially for uploads that contain a huge amount of barcodes this will improve the user experience a lot.
Gift voucher for Bundles
Bundles will have also the option to be sold as gift certificates. We keep continuing the improvements of bundles based on your feedback. Since bundles are complex but very useful it took some time to develop. From now on you can offer gift vouchers for your bundle offers. The only restriction in this point is to sell them via dashboard POS but we are on it and it will follow.
Extended time to approve manual bookings
Some of you face the situation that bookings from Friday can’t be approved on Monday since the time to approve manual bookings is max 72 hours. We decided to extend this manual confirmation to 6 days to offer the best flexibility to you.
Accept manual bookings when the event already happened
You have uncountable situations every day. Based on your feedback is one of them that your customer comes to the event even when the booking is not approved from your side. Now you can approve the booking even after the event. The tickets etc. will be generated the same way as before the event (and of course the payment will proceed)
Download and Export files via XLS, XLSX and CSV
You all have different IT Standards. Based on different approaches in our dashboard and the feedback of you we consolidated downloads and uploads in our dashboard to make them equal in terms of the format. So we added possibilities in several functions so that we always offer XLS, XLSX and CSV.

check Jochen Schweizer codes. See details about the Jochen Schweizer voucher that had been sold! Find out until when the Jochen Schweizer voucher is valid. If the Jochen Schweizer voucher is used see which booking number the customer got.
Validated tickets cancellable
Tickets that had already been validated can be canceled. On the
booking detail page it is possible to cancel them although the customer already checked in. For more details please click

If you have uploaded fewer own barcodes than sold tickets the system will create Regiondo barcodes.
