You can change the availability for a particular time slot to prevent any further bookings from being made. This function can be found under "Calendar" in your user account.

Select your desired day in the small calendar on the left and click on the offer you wish to update.
To obtain a handy overview, you can use the filter function to sort according to products, resources, users and categories. By placing a corresponding check mark, you can also display only those availabilities for which bookings currently exist.

Now choose your desired offer in the calendar by clicking on the tile. This will open a small white window. Here, you can manually update the capacities for the ticket categories and the overall event capacity.
The first number indicates the number of places that have already been booked. The second number represents the overall capacity set by you during the offer creation process.
If you do not wish to allow any (further) bookings for this time period, set the event capacity to "0" by double-clicking on the second number and entering "0" in the field. Then, click on the green check mark and close the window.
