According to Regiondo's General Terms and Conditions, it is not possible to cancel tickets booked for a particular time and date. However, you can decide whether you wish to allow cancellations as a gesture of goodwill or on the basis of your own General Terms and Conditions. You can also decide individually on how you wish to stagger your cancellation costs.
You should alert your customer to the cancellation costs and/or the scale on which your cancellation costs staggered at the time of ticket purchase. Enter your cancellation costs in the designated field in your user account. To do this, go to Settings > Legal Notice and add the text under the heading "Cancellation Policy".
