When you go to bookings > bookings in your dashboard, you will find the list of your bookings.
1. Search bar
On top of your bookings, you find a search bar where you can enter your booking number, buyer name, email address to find a specific booking.
2. Views
You can switch between the table view and calendar view.
Note
If you prefer the calendar view, we recommend trying the dashboard calendar also.
Table view:
In the table view, you find all your recent bookings. You have an overview of the following information at a glance:
- Booking date
- Offer
- Buyer
- Appointment
- Sales Channel
- Booking Status
- Payment Status
- Booking date
- Offer
- Buyer
- Appointment
- Sales Channel
- Booking Status
- Payment Status
Calendar view:
In the calendar view you can choose between Day, Week and Month view. There you will see the same information in another format:
Canceled bookings are marked as crossed
Canceled bookings are displayed as red, crossed bookings.
3. Filter options
Especially when you have a huge amount of bookings, it is very useful to filter your bookings. For example, when you just want to see all bookings from GetYourGuide, you can just choose as filter the sales channel "GetYourGuide".
You can choose between the following filter options:
- Product
- Period of the booking dates
- Period of appointment dates
- Status of the booking
- Payment method
- Status payment
- Sales channel
- Category
- Resource
- Multi-User
