How can customers contact me?
Under "Get In Contact", the customer has the option to send a message and an individual inquiry directly from the offer page. You'll receive a notification about this via email and SMS. This function might be used by customers wishing to make group inquiries and other types of non-standard inquiry.
Tip:
In your dashboard, you'll find these inquiries under Bookings > Bookings.
Here, you'll find an overview of all inquiries received and bookings made. When you click on any booking with the booking status "inquiry",you'll be taken directly to the relevant conversation.
Managing inquiries
In the lower area, you can view all the details of the inquiry at a glance.
The inquiry is transferred into the form. You can accept the inquiry under the tab "Make an Offer" by clicking on the button of the same name. A supplementary message can be written to round out your offer.
If you wish to change elements of an inquiry, the category, date, time, price and other options can all be individually modified. The customer will receive these modifications when you click the button "Make an Offer". If you choose to submit an offer, this will be indicated by the booking status "Preconfirmed".
Under the tab "Send Message", you also have the option to send the potential customer a non-binding message - that is, to provide more information without issuing a concrete offer.
If you have no interest in the customer's inquiry, you can dismiss it under the tab "Decline Inquiry".
Whichever option you choose, the customer will receive a notification via email and can view any offers directly. They now have the option to book the offer(s) directly, whereupon they will receive a corresponding notification.
If the customer is not satisfied with the offer, they have the option to explain their desired changes in a message. You are free to end the conversation or to issue a new offer. If you opt for the latter, you can then proceed as described above.
