Who should I contact if I have questions about my ticket?
If you have already placed an order, then you have a gift voucher/ticket or another document available, where the respective provider has provided his contact details.

Regiondo is the operator of the booking software and not the executing provider. Always contact the respective provider in order to clarify your questions quickly.

Should you nevertheless contact us as a software operator, we need the following information from you:
- Order number/voucher number
- offer name
- E-mail address used to place the order
- Name of the customer
