How can you alter a booking by replacing the offer with another offer?
When a customer calls you and would like to take part in another activity instead of the booked one you can alter his or her booking. Click on Bookings > Bookings and look for the customer's reservation. Open the booking detail page. Scroll down and click on the tab "Alter booking".
You can see your old booking on the left side. You do not need to cancel it. Just make the amendmends below "new" on the right side. You can either choose the same offer or another offer for the new booking.

What happens if the newly booked offer has a different price?
The system does not refund the difference to the customer automatically if the newly booked offer costs less. You have to take care of the refund manually. For example, you could issue a voucher. If the newly booked offer costs more than the price that had already been paid Regiondo does not charge the customer to pay the additional amount of money.
If the newly selected offer costs more than the originally booked offer you need to ask the customer for the additional amount of money. The payment is not made in an automated way.

Attention
You can only alter bookings for tickets in that way, but not for vouchers. For vouchers changing the product is not possible.
Important
You can alter a booking even when the event passed, as long as it was not marked as "checked in" or the ticket was not validated. This can be very useful for instance when an event could not take place and the customer needs more time to decide for a new appointment date. The booking can remain unchanged as long as needed.
