Which functions are on the first page of the dashboard?

Once you have logged in to your operator account, you'll be taken to the home page of your dashboard (the user interface). 

 

In the central region of the homepage, you'll find a range of functions and overviews. This article tells you what each function is all about.

 

These statistics give a quick and accurate overview of your bookings. You'll also see information about the gender of each customer, their booking times, where they come from and their reviews.

 

Under Bookings, you can quickly and easily view your bookings in the form of a table or calendar view. You also have the opportunity to sort bookings according to different attributes, such as booking status or date.

 

Under Availability, you'll find the schedule management and calendar functions. There, you can view the individual bookings on your calendar and sort your calendar according to different criteria.

 

The Manage Offers menu option contains the core functions of your operator account. There, you can create and edit offers, manage sales channels, create and manage vouchers, create categories, set criteria for online bookings and edit order options.

 

Here, you can create coupon codes that your customers may redeem against bookings to obtain your pre-set discount. You can choose whether the discount applies for all offers or for one particular offer only. You can also determine how often the voucher can be used.

 

Tickets can be validated by Regiondo in real time. Regiondo also offers the option to display pre-validated tickets at a glance. As an additional function, you as a operator can create and upload your own barcodes.

 

In the bills you can see all monthly payouts you have received from Regiondo.

 

In the settings, you can set and manage general settings for your shop and business.
