Whenever a customer books an offer and it is not a reservation, a confirmation will be sent out by e-mail - the ticket is automatically included here as an attachment- but this can now be deactivated if required.
Under "Message > Notification", select the specific Email and click on the pen to edit the Email. Under the switcher "Send tickets", you can turn it off.
Note:
If you deactivate it, only the email template "Booking Confirm" and the sales receipt will be send, but no PDF tickets
When and why does this function make sense ?
For example, A customer buys 100 tickets or more, that would be a huge attachment. This problem can be solved by deactivating it so the email has fewer attachments.
Note:
Tickets are still created in the checkout process and the invoice will continue to be sent
