How can I change the way my offer is displayed?
You can set the display of your check-out process for every offer individually. When you are creating your offer you can choose between Booking (date based), Booking (variation based) and quantity.
1. Choose the date first
When you choose Booking (date based) your customer has to choose the date of the appointment first. After that, the customer has to choose the number of participants and the ticket categories.
2. Choose number of participants first
When you choose Quantity your customer has to choose the number of participants first. After that, the customer has to choose the date. Benefit: the customer can choose only from the appointments that match the selected number of participants!
3. Choose the price category first
When you choose Booking (variation based) your customer has to choose the category of the appointment first. After that, the customer has to choose the date and finally the number of participants.
The option ("Booking (Variation based)" is displayed only if your offer is configured with more than one price list.
