Note:
In that case, cut-off means how much time there should be between the final booking possibility and the beginning of the offer.
As an operator of Regiondo, you have the ability to define cut-off times for your online bookings. You can set up cut-off in your operator dashboard under Manage Offers > booking cut-off.
You can define preparation and planning times either for all products or product-specific for each offer individually.
Option 1: All offers have the same cut-off
If you want to set the same cut-off time for all listings, please select "All products" and enter the desired time in hours in the field. Then click "Save."
Option 2: Product specific cut-off time
If you want to set a pre purchase individually for each offer, please select "product-specific". The offers you created will be displayed.
Click the Edit button (pen) of the offer you want to set a cut-off time for. Add the desired time in hours in the field. In addition, you have the possibility to activate the predefined value, by clicking on the button "Use predefined value of x hours" with just one click.
Then click on "Save".

Note:
We fixed an issue where customers place the tickets in the shopping cart shortly (1-2 min.) before the cut-off period. Beforehand the customer would receive a message such as 'canceled because the product is not available any more', now the system allows finishing the booking even if cut-off time has already begun, since the tickets are reserved 20 minutes in the cart. The order should not be cancelled by system anymore.
