Important
The duration of an offer refers to how long an activity lasts, not the period in which it can be booked. This period in which it can be booked can be set in the Sales dates.
The duration of an offer is changed in the offer page itself. To get there, click on "Manage Offers > My offers" and then on the title of the respective offer. You'll be taken to the processing screen. On the left-hand menu, click on Step 3, "Tickets".
Edit the price list and click on the "Options" symbol on the far right-hand side. This will open the ticket options, in which you can change the duration of your offer.
Say, for example, that a cooking course has a duration of one day since the tour takes place from 8:00 - 17:00. The customer will know that they should take enough time for an offer that lasts the whole day. Another example would be the sale of offers with a duration of more than one month. In this case, you can select the unit "months".
Note:
Instead of "day", you can choose minutes, hours, nights, weeks, months or years.
Here are some examples of how to set the duration of the offer when the desired configuration is to be displayed in hours, but the activity has a duration composed of hours and minutes :
1.15 hour > 1 hour 9 minutes
1.25 hour > 1 hour 15 minutes
1.3 hour > 1 hour and 18 minutes
1.5 hour > 1 hour 30 minutes
1.75 hour > 1 hour 45 minutes (etc.)
1.25 hour > 1 hour 15 minutes
1.3 hour > 1 hour and 18 minutes
1.5 hour > 1 hour 30 minutes
1.75 hour > 1 hour 45 minutes (etc.)
You can try this on your offer, by adding your own configuration, only click on Save and Continue and check how it looks at point 7. Preview (you can always go back and change the configuration of the duration).
