How to make an offer invisible for customers
If you want to stop showing an offer for customers, because for instance you do not want to promote the offer in the future, you can make it invisible on your website.
To do this go to Channel Manager > Sales Channels. Press edit next to the channel you want to hide offers. Then hide it by removing the tick in the checkbox on the right.
Please note that customers can still redeem their vouchers if they already bought one. Making an offer invisible only means making it impossible for the future customer to find or buy that particular product.

If you want to hide offers for a whole sales channel, click the red icon on the right next to the edit icon.
Can a customer still use vouchers after making an offer invisible?
Yes, customers can still use vouchers for an offer you hid. The customer already received his voucher with a code on it e.g.:
If the customer follows the instructions given on the ticket he can then redeem his code and will proceed to choose a date for his visit.
Once everything is filled out including personal information and payment method, you will receive a booking in your dashboard as usual, which you can then handle as you'd wish.
