First click on "bookings > bookings".
Select the booking you need.
Now you will see the buttons "buyer" and "Attendees. If you click on the button "actions" you have two choices. Either "resend tickets and sales receipt" or "send tax invoice".
- Resend tickets and sales receipt: In case the customer lost their tickets he will then receive the them again.
- Send tax invoice: The customer receives a tax invoice per email.
IMPORTANT:
This function is not available if the customer chose "Klarna Invoice" as payment method.
