1. How to create a mobile ticket ?

In your Settings you can find your company information, contact person, logo, description and Social media connection. Your logo can be displayed on the white label ticket.

Apple´s restrictions: allotted space is 160x50points
Regiondo dashboard: 320x min. 100px

Don't change your ratio when scaling
1.2 Go to your shop editor and set your colors
For your background of the Regiondo Wallet you can use the color set of your Ticket shops.

Please be aware that the logo isn't always suitable.

2. How to use the mobile ticket as a customer ?
Now instead of the printing the ticket you scan the QR code
The ticket can be added to your digital wallet and later at the location can be scanned

From the confirmation mail, the ticket can be added to the wallet as well.
